Canceling renewal
Canceling during the 24-hour Trial prevents the first €49.90 monthly renewal. Canceling an active monthly or annual Creator plan stops its next renewal, but does not automatically reverse a completed charge or remove credits already granted.
Trial and used credits
The €0.10 Trial charge grants 20 credits immediately and begins a 24-hour cancellation window before monthly renewal. Consumed credits and completed generation services are generally not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Request review
For duplicate charges, technical fulfillment failures, or another billing problem, contact us with the account email, PayPal transaction ID, and charge date. Never send full card details.
