Canceling renewal
Canceling Creator stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse a completed charge or remove credits already granted.
Trial and used credits
The Trial is a one-time digital-credit purchase. Consumed credits and completed generation services are generally not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Request review
For duplicate charges, technical fulfillment failures, or another billing problem, contact us with the account email, PayPal transaction ID, and charge date. Never send full card details.
